Ecolog International with a new Coroprate Vision

On the 16th and 17th of November 2009, in Düsseldorf 25 directors from 10 different nationalities and 7 locations in a proper multinational environment met to discuss and approve the new company structure which was presented by Riadh Mcharek, Head of HR, IT and Procurement.

Ecolog`s CEO John Loeffen, assigned precise targets to established and new appointed directors by stressing out:

“It is expected from every employee to constantly monitor and to further improve together within their departments the outstanding quality of Ecolog services and to lead our company efficiently with the revised structure into the future.”

Mr. Loeffen also presented a new business development system that could link the different locations and their management potential by enhancing quality more structurally and efficiently in order to serve as a foundation of Ecolog’s future business success.

In her speech on the Corporate Vision of Ecolog, Claudia Vöelker - Consultant PR, stressed out to the managers, that human values should always be a major aspect, especially in a global player structure. She emphasized the above mentioned values were always the main features of Ecolog.

Five Directors from Macedonia for the first time came together in the headquarters and had the opportunity to discuss with experienced Directors, to exchange ideas on the current business ventures as well as future developments.

In the course of the meeting they also became acquainted with the holding company of Ecolog, the ND Group.

Dr. Michael Linnhoff, the CEO of ND Group, gave an overall view of the holding and presented the new controlling/auditing system, which will be launched in the beginning of 2010.

The emotional climax for all Directors definitely was the encounter with the founder and entrepreneur Nazif Destani who was honoured by John Loeffen with the touching words:

"Everything at Ecolog is due to him, without him Ecolog would not exist and no one of us would be here today. He assigned a lot of responsibility to us and we are proud to prove that his trust is justified. The new structures will support us in our goals."

This inspirational event was concluded with a marvolous party in the lounge of ND Group.
